DESCRIPTION:

In this 5-week virtual series, you will learn about and have the opportunity to practice a coaching process that can be implemented within your program to strengthen program quality, build leadership capacity, and ultimately improve student outcomes.

DELIVERY: Participants will receive 2 books and each week will have a reading and action assignment. To gain the most from this series, participants will spend about 1 hour per week reflecting and practicing the skills learned and will be present and fully engage in each session. Sessions will not be recorded.

NOTE: Afterschool Quality Coaching and materials are offered by the ND Afterschool Network at no cost to out-of-school time programs working with students PreK – Grade 12 in North Dakota.

CREDIT/HOURS:

• Educators: Up to 5 hours of Cafeteria credit. 
• Early Childhood/Afterschool Professionals: Approved for 5 hours through Growing Futures if all sessions attended and final reflection completed.
