The webinar will focus on the implementation of instructional leadership strategies & outcomes in relation to best practices surrounding teacher evaluation, rather than specifics of ONE evaluation model.

• Refine their observation feedback (Dr. Phil Warrick will share instructional videos and model feedback!)
• Learn strategies for navigating coaching conversations as an administrator.
• Learn how to coach ALL teachers and help them move from one level to the next.
