His keynote session is titled\, "Avoid Burnout\, Increase Outcomes\, and Learn to Love Out-of-School Time Again". The Keynote will be followed by breakout sessions. The day will conclude with the debut viewing of the new OST documentary\, School's Out: How Out-of-School Time Programs are Shaping North Dakota's Youth\, with an exclusive pre-screening at the Summit followed by a Q&A panel with those featured in the documentary. Day 2 will focus on student behavior. The keynote presenter will be Nicole Bassett from Safe and Civil Schools.
