Attendees will:
- Review the current research on handwriting and letter formation (do we still need handwriting instruction in the tech age?)
- Have access to evidence-based, handwriting materials to supplement core instruction in pre-k and elementary classrooms. These materials allow educators to control the sequence of instruction of letters they will teach, allowing them to align the materials to their reading curriculum. All materials are available in both English and Spanish.
- Learn about the importance of handwriting fluency and where to locate handwriting assessment
DELIVERY: Each session of this professional learning opportunity will be delivered VIRTUALLY for 1-hour.
NOTE: The sessions will NOT be recorded. Please plan to attend the sessions live.
