The ND Out-of-School Time Summit is back in person August 5 & 6 to provide two dynamic days of research-based practices, information, tools, and resources.
Day 1 will feature Chase Mielke, a nationally recognized educator, author, and staff keynote speaker dedicated to preventing burnout and reigniting purpose in schools. His keynote session is titled, "Avoid Burnout, Increase Outcomes, and Learn to Love Out-of-School Time Again". The Keynote will be followed by breakout sessions. The day will conclude with the debut viewing of the new OST documentary, School's Out: How Out-of-School Time Programs are Shaping North Dakota's Youth, with an exclusive pre-screening at the Summit followed by a Q&A panel with those featured in the documentary.
Day 2 will focus on student behavior. The keynote presenter will be Nicole Bassett from Safe and Civil Schools. Nicole will offer three sessions including:

AUDIENCE: Out-of-School Time Program Staff
CREDIT: One graduate credit (15 content hours) will be available through VSCU or 15 hours of ND Registry approved hours (7.5 hours/per day).
BOTH Days - $75 per person
Day 1 ONLY or Day 2 ONLY - $50 per person
